PacktoVenture is an online store selling travel organizers and accessories. You can reach us at packtoventure@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Products and Pricing
We do our best to describe and display our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there is a pricing error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.
6. Shipping
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Shipping is free on every order, and estimated delivery is 5–8 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns and Refunds
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
8. Discounts and Promotions
Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated conditions, may not be combined unless stated, and may be changed or ended at any time.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to PacktoVenture or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it by automated means without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PacktoVenture is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
